I would play this game but COD have handled themselves so tragically with the Nickmercs debacle. I cannot standby this franchise while it supports destructive policies against the youth. LEAVE CHILDREN ALONE!

Very well made, addicting, haven't ever seen a single bug.. Which is rare in games these days. Hope more content comes out and this game continues to get the love it deserves! You definitely want to experience Redout 2!!!

Definitely a game I recommend. I use this to up my stamina and improve my health and I can tell you I've gone down a waist size and have 10x more stamina than I did before I picked this game up. It's so good. Just keep in mind your play area and don't whack your walls as I have done that and it can leave your hand feeling a bit naughty for a few days :)

This VR game is a BLAST! Already hooked, there's very little out here in the VR space with this level of quality. Think mix of Quake II, Unreal Tournament game play with its hyper mobility with and Borderlands with its cell-shaded graphics. Runs smooth, and Devs listen to their players and interact with us. Amazing grab!! Highly recommended!

I'm blown away. This feels so nice. It's a mix of awesome new visuals and storyline with genuine nostalgia.. I can feel like I'm actively creating memories I will look back on in the future with absolute bliss... This game is thus far brilliantly crafted and I am enjoying it a lot! Even on low fidelity settings the game looks fuuricken great! Taking my time in playing it to maximise it's value :)

EDITING This to be less extra lol:

Damn frustrating game made by amateurs who are happy with a low standard of quality.. I tried to stick with it but so far it didn't live up to my requirement of a polished game. Please up the standard?

So. I don't normally review games, but after sitting in this restaurant where I write this I find my desire to play Mordhau quite intense (lol). I haven't had this level of urgency to play a videogame from probably the old CS 1.6 days where as a 14 year old boy I would convince my parents to allow me to use their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ computer (it had like 17 fps in combat) or sneak on it when they left the house (I was all too happy to see them go out and leave me home alone).

So what is it about Mordhau that seperates the interest I had in Chivalry that quite quickly died off despite being in contact with Tiberius of Torn Banner Studios over Steam (Hat off to him he was pretty engaging for a head) and heing a 1st Weekend Beta tester of Chivalry? Well it's just that Mordhau works so well. It is challenging and engaging and has by grace of the U4 Engne amazing graphics with around 90+ FPS on my computer which is basically the same as Battlefield 1. So it's really well optimised. I have a modest Asus 1060 6GB and a low end i5 processor, so that's pretty damn good that it runs so well on a modest gaming machine.

The game is incredible infact because everyone has their own style of fighting and it's always fresh and challenging. Somehow the game has me reflecting on it while sipping on a JD & Coke thinking about how much I want to be defeating opponents in 1v1 duel matches and increasing my skill to Trix (A Youtuber and Twitch Streamer) levels...

And to top it off I'm leve 29 with 59 hours in the game, when I get home tonight I will finally grind to evel 30 and unlock those last customisations.

DEUS VULT!!

Absolute waste of money. Don't even touch this game with a yard stick.

Please please please make optimising the game a priority. I have a computer that can reliably play Battlefield 1 and this game lags when I try and turn my view left to right on lowest graphics, it is so depressing. Otherwise it's a promising game.

Game: 8/10
Recommend?: 100% Yes! Support this project it's doing well!

Definitely the best game Nexon has ever been involved with, doesn't feel like a Nexon game. With more improvements could reach CS:GO levels of playability.

I am a big time fan of Ghost in the Shell and I am a big time fan of FPS shooters (I have played Counter-strike since I was 13 - 29 now) and I have at the time of writing this about 40 hours gameplay.

So this game should ofcourse appeal to me because it is a blend of two things I very much love!
****************************
Pros:
* Original voice actors for S.A.C series (Nirvana for a GITS fan! They have so many commands and lines!)
* Soundscape (The blend of sounds and the quality of the soundscape is pretty sexy)
* Can tell it was made by fans of the Stand Alone Complex series!
* Believable renditions of all characters
* Acceptable graphics and textures! (Especially for a Free to Play!!!!)
* A Diverse amount of game modes
* A Variety of guns and attachments for guns.
* Unique abilities for each class actually work nicely!!

Cons:

* Footstep acquisition.. I have a 7.1 headset and the game supports 7.1!!! In games like Counter-Strike I could almost tell you where the guy is standing on the otherside of a doorway when he moves.. In GITS:FA I find myself getting really surprised as to how I didn't know somebody was nearby me..

* Hard to master / Feels a bit Jankey at first.
Calling this one a con right now because they probably want more people to play the game than pick it up and drop it... This is a personal experience but sometimes the game just felt jankey and unfair. I realised I had to unlearn some things I have built up from previous FPShooters.

* When you're f***cked, you're probably f***cked.
What I mean about this is, if you have a grenade land by you.. Even if you run quickly you will probably still perish... This is good if you think about how neutered grenades are in games like Counter-Strike.. As you play for longer you will definitely be able to survive in more instances with say 50% life.
