If you're going to play one of the many MOBA games that are available right now, there is really only one option in my mind.

The one made by Valve and IceFrog (the guy who actually made a unbalanced WC3 custom map into a huge thing).

The worst part of this "game" is describing it to non-gamers or people who simply missed it (console peasants).
