Does everything it promised to do on release and more. The VR is a little tricky to get used to though.

I literally finished this on the hardest setting tonight in under an hour. I loved every minute of it. For the entire experience I was thinking, this should be Half Life 2 Episode 3. I want more!!!

I was going to put a brilliant review up for fallout 4. I have over 1300 hours on this glorious game because of the always exceptional mods available online. I haven't even finished half the endings.

But Bethesda just released a new patch with a Paid mod system that makes you pay for mods you can get for free on nexusmods, and it broke all the free mods.

The game is good, the publisher seems to only want money.

Don't support it.

Consider my playtime on this game - most would call me a fanatic. But the simple truth is that the majority of my playtime was not recorded until I was able to link my selection of mods with Steam.

Skyrim is an like a Sketch of a masterpeice by a toddler, a crayon scribble with boundless effort and ethusiasm, but very little actual substance. Where Morrowind succeeds in telling a great story, Skyrim fails, yet it's everything Morrowind needed as technological improvements for total immersion.

Skyrim with it's arcade style gameplay (levelling up by using abilities) allows the player to control the pacing - yet With Mods, it can both excel and surpass even the deepest of Immersive games like Metro 2033, and improve the combat mechanics to the level of Jedi outcast.

The most important mods I can recommend for this game, that has allowed for so much replay would be.

Interesting NPC's - 300 NPC's with interesting, funny, lore based dialgue. There's even a regular Joe who asks who you, the player are, If you reply Dragonborn, he interviews you.

Start a new Life - Allows the player to skip the Intro sequence and ignore the Dragonborn quests if you want to Roleplay, allows hundreds of back stories, starting locations and items. Want to become a Hunter in the wilds? Want to become a Forsword and learn their culture? Or want to become a Vampire's Thrall? Stacks with Interesting NPC's incredibly fluidly.

Sneak tools - Allows the crafting and use of Water and Fire Arrows - Incorporates the ability to light and put out candles with magic and enviromental effects. A total atmosphere changer during combat.

There are many more but you need only install the highest endorsed by the community pages of Nexus and Skyrim workshop

Lastly - If you've gotten bored of Skyrim. - another recommendation

1 Find and Load - a Save game with 100% Skyrim completion & try out the DLC's for Skyrim fresh?

"You killed me!"
"You shot me in the face with a Toilet Seat!"

"No the Lazer-mine that killed me - sent that toilet seat into your face"

"oh, good times"

"Yo I just killed somone with a milk Carton!"
