Maybe it's just me, but this game seems way too complicated for me! The whole time-management mechanic was rather stressful and one of the mini-games got needlessly hard. I tried to build up romance with one character and friendships with others, but I ended up getting a bad ending. It seems this game is expected to be played in a very specific way!
And on top of that. this game just isn't as witty as you'd expect.

If you like your FPSs fast-paced, then man, is this the game for you! You move insanely fast and have many abilities to get you around. Also, you don't have to concern yourself with scouting out for ammo and health, because ammo is unlimited and you regenerate health by punching enemies.

Can games be art? Well, while I would not call this game high-art, I would dare call it punk art! Retro aesthetics? Check! Punk rock sound track? Check! Graffiti-inspired art-style? Check! "F**k the higher-ups" attitude? Check!

This game is severely underrated. It's basically Quake's multiplayer mode ported to the GoldSrc engine, and the big advantage of that besides slightly better graphics is simplified browser searching.

Love Elder Scrolls? Want to explore all of Tamriel? (OK, technically you can do that in the first game, Arena, but that was before any real lore was figured out and everywhere was randomised and bland) Want to play Elder Scrolls with other people? Then this is the game for you. Also, this game is crazy faithful to the Elder Scrolls lore!

If you get this game, I'd highly suggest getting Quake Injector to easily download custom maps, an engine to run the high-spec maps, and the soundtrack since it's not included in the Steam version of Quake.

This game might be a bit difficult to play at first since a large portion of players are Quake veterans that would have been playing since the first game came out in the 90's, but the key to mastering the game is to work out what characte best suits your play style. This game feels very true to the Quake series with its fast paced combat and gothic level designs mixing sci-fi and fantasy and the characters are quite diverse.The player count is a little low, but if you change the settings to find you games on all the servers, it shouldn't take too long to get a game.

I was in the mood to play something "punk", then I found this game for sale dirt-cheap, and it satisfied my desire in the most surreal way possible.

A throwback to old-school fast-paced FPSs from the 90's like Quake and Unreal. The graphics have a distininct pixely and low-poly look of such games, but its use of modern graphical technology allows for vibrant lighting and colours. Each world has a different theme to it with architecture and enemies unique to them, keeping the game fresh.

A hidden gem of a FPS that's up there with Quake and Unreal.
