Playbutton directs me to Store
Hello,
I bought F:NV in 2014 (basic game) and in library it was listed in F:NV RU, 2 days ago a bought from retail F:NV Ultimate Edition, but instead of completing game with dlcs it create another F:NV in my game library without the RU on the end. When i download the Ultimate Edition and try to play it, it always redirects me to download the RU version of the game without the dlcs. I tried to search google, and somewhere i found that perma deleting the RU version will solve this problem, so i tried it. Now when I try to play F:NV instead of launching the game, it will now redirects me to Store page of F:NV to buy it.
When i click through steam support it always ends with steam sending me to Bethesda support, but this is problem of steam and i dont know how to contact them.

Anyone have any idea what to do? For now I'm playing Fallout: No Vegas :meatytears:

Same for me... I am trying to fill Steam support case but they want me to attach some necessary information and that thing keeps spinning forever.

OK, support case successfully filled. I had to sent it from my Linux client. I hope that they won't immediately trash it as unsupported platform.

Huh, I missed this somehow.
You cannot really have both on your account, since Steam will ALWAYS try to start the RU version.
The simple solution is to select whichever edition is not the Ultimate one, click on the Support button on the right side menu in the client, then select to permanently remove the game from your account, and confirm. The remaining version will work fine, saves and configuration also carry over (the play time and achievements do not though).

I already removed the RU version, but it didn't solve the problem for me...

Yes, I described the problem to steam support, and they fixed it by deleting the RU version from my account.
The problem was that my account was fixed to RU version because I played it first, so the normal or EU version from retail wasn't launching because of this, after they deleted falloutNV ever been played on my account, it started to take the retail version as the new game and started working, as it should. :steamhappy:
