- The item you bought
- Confirmation number

It turned out we're still facing the missing purchases issue after patched it. The issue occurs regarding Steam cache. We're working on this now and please send us your transaction email from Steam if your purchases are missing.

ive already email them all my confirmation no. Jay told me they checked and said it shows my account has my characters. but i told him no i dont. coz i cant purchase any skin.
Then he said might be some other problems. so now u tell me how long i need to wait? another month or 3 months?
they already replied a long time ago saying will do their best if they cant they'll just refund but seems to me still no news. gonna be a month now. i understand DEV team is small but if you cant solve then just refund.
save the trouble.
And i rather do this via public i dont want other to be in my situation and also help DEV reduce the number of player facing the same problems. Pros & Cons of going public
