Missing your purchases? - Update 1
For those of you have purchased 'in-game' store items(not DLC), and they disappeared,

Send us your transaction email from Steam that includes:

- Your steam account id
- The item you bought
- Confirmation number

You can simply forward it us to here:

It turned out we're still facing the missing purchases issue after patched it. The issue occurs regarding Steam cache. We're working on this now and please send us your transaction email from Steam if your purchases are missing.

what's your email again?
In case of human error or possibly a filter, though I doubt the latter to be the case, it'd help them help you if you could provide the address you used to forward the message(s) Steam sent confirming your purchase(s).
(Don't do this publicly; via a private message would be wisest.)

Prior to doing this I would advise checking your outbox/sent folder and verifying that you did indeed forward the message(s) to billing@codebrush.net to prevent any unnecessary hassle.

ive already email them all my confirmation no. Jay told me they checked and said it shows my account has my characters. but i told him no i dont. coz i cant purchase any skin.
Then he said might be some other problems. so now u tell me how long i need to wait? another month or 3 months?

they already replied a long time ago saying will do their best if they cant they'll just refund but seems to me still no news. gonna be a month now. i understand DEV team is small but if you cant solve then just refund.
save the trouble.
And i rather do this via public i dont want other to be in my situation and also help DEV reduce the number of player facing the same problems. Pros & Cons of going public

I was referring to posting your email address on a public forum. You can end up with a ton of junk mail doing that. Posting complaints as you've done above is fine.

I posted what I did in an attempt to help, knowing something might've occurred that I didn't see, rendering the effort wasted. As that is the case, please ignore me and carry on. I back you on standing for great customer service.
