I'm a server engineer for a community and this mod was installed for sometime. It had been removed due to some simspeed issues it was causing because after the removal, the simspeed has been fine. I look at the console for the server and I saw it was trying to allocate the faction to it whenever the simspeed drops to around 0.02-0.10 and I have to actively delete it to make the server run normal again.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so please comment your experience.
