Projector + nano bots not building new blocks in creative?

Mod grinds the wheels off of rover

Attempting to only allow grinding of grids with a beacon.

Heres a fix if your Nanobot mod isnt working!

Ownership issue

When getting B&R to build new blocks you have to have an ownership block on the grid before it will actually build any other block. I have tested this a couple of times and each time has had the same result. if you need me to I can record it a give send it to you.
