Custom Area Shape, Size, and Offset?

I am interested in using <AreaSizeFixed>true</AreaSizeFixed> and <AreaOffsetFixed>true</AreaOffsetFixed>, with X, Y, and Z area size that is not a perfect cube (more like a square beam).

Where can XYZ-offset & XYZ-area be set in the mod's file structure?
