Cant Start Final Mission
I've seen some people having problems within the mission itself, but i cant seem to even get in it in the first place. Central's final speech goes fine, the cutscene ends and goes to the loading screen, then crashes a few moments after that.
Have not had any crashing issues up until this point. I only have a handful of other mods, and I'm certain they're all compatable. Verifying cache takes fifty million years and doesn't seem to help either.
Any help is much appreciated!

Sounds like Firaxis bugged code found a new weird interaction into the utterly wasted WaterWorld. As I see you could only try deleting your .ini before verifying cache and reinstalling the game. Other than that you'd have to contact support.
However, in my experience, there are more mods interactions than one acknowledges at a first or second glance. So, it's always worth digging into their combined compatibility, starting with http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=625230005 and going forward into reading/editing files and/or contacting mod authors.
