AI refuses to use various AT launchers
A problem that I have discovered recently when creating my own AI units is that for some unknown reason, various AT launchers seem to be bugged in the hands of the AI, with various results.

The Titan goes completely unused by any AI that carries it, and upon spotting a vehicle that would normally be a target, the AI in question simply starts running towards it, until eventually they get so close that the vehicle spots them and kills them, even if approaching from behind.

The Metis (strangely as well as the Javelin from both RHS and CUP) goes partially unused, as when the AI spots the vehicle and acquires the target, they pull out their launcher and prepare to fire, but they never actually launch the missile, they just stare at the vehicle with their launcher, occasionally reposition a little bit, but never do they fire the missile.

The PCML is another strange case, as when I spawn a pre-made NATO unit that carries one, he is able to use it just fine, even with its tracking functions, however, when I spawn in a custom unit that I then manually equip with a PCML plus spare munitions, they will act the same way as if the unit was equipped with a Titan; completely ignoring that they have a launcher and instead for some reason choosing to approach the vehicle instead.

It's worth mentioning that all dumb-fire launchers such as the RPG-7, RPG-42, M3 MAAWS, et cetera work completely fine. If a unit is equipped with one of these, they will immediately equip them and attempt to fire it at the target, albeit with heavily varying accuracy, sometimes even missing a close, stationary target, but that is besides the point.

Has anybody else run into this issue? VCom is the only AI mod that I use, but I do also use ACE, though it has not affected the use of these launchers in the hands of AI previously.
