AI Stealing Locked Vehicles
In my liberation Mission the AI keep stealing my Locked vehicles which is super annoying when you are trying to have vehicles set for logistic runs.

This has likely been fixed in version 3.2.x, which I unfortunately can't upload here as @Dominic is away.

I have also noticed this issue when a vehicle is locked via ZEUS.

Zeus lock is only for players, it doesn't affect AI.

then how are you supposed to lock vehicles for Liberation maps?

I'm also pretty sure that ACE has a vehicle locking mechanic in it.

ah we don't use ace a couple of our players have issues

This is an issue with the vanilla game :| The best option is to just disable the feature or provide some other way to "this lock 2"
