How on earth am I supposed to install from github?
Downloading it from github gives me a bunch of raw folders and files with sqf's in them, I tried to pack them into a .pbo and putting it into a manually placed F:\SteamF\steamapps\common\Arma 3\ @VCOM folder, but does nothing. Am I being stupid?

All of the manuals I can find online seem to only tell me what to do when the files are already into nice and neat "Addons" and "Optional" folders with pbo's.

I figured it out. For anyone wondering, you don't install it like a mod, you put the files in your mission folder, replace the init, and add the userconfig to your base directory.

Can you explain a bit more? Do I need to run the game prior to installing? Do I just copy and paste everything except the userconfig folder into the Missions folder, or which specific folders and files do I need to put in Missions?
