I posted this question in the comments to see if the developer would answer but maybe the players might know this as well:

Question about playing against AI with AI on my team. I noticed when you choose annihilation, it gives you the option of host only cheats. But when you choose CheatCommands Mod 2 victory point that option goes away, replaced by how many victory points for the game.

When I play victory point and give myself a bunch of resources, does it give the same to all the rest of the AI since the host only cheats option isn't there when choosing to play victory point matches with the mod?
