There is a server on which block limits are set, drills assemblers refiner and so on for the player (that is, for example, a player can not build more than 2 refiners) ... but if you use a nanite factory, then it builds 3 and 4 and how much you want. It does not work for it, for some reason the server's limitations on the blocks per player.

Maybe there is already a mod with a thread that does not go beyond these limitations or a script that puts these restrictions on the thread ... can someone have faced such a problem here?
We want to add this mod to the server but it's a bug that will kill the entire economy of the world and introduce an imbalance.
