Allow to use the assembler after every restart.

HI, Sorry for my bad english.
I have the problem that i have to allow to use the assembler after every server restart.
On my ds. Is this a bug or a settingerror ?

Can confirm, after every reload of a save almost all configurations get reset to their respective defaults.

This affects the NCF as you mentioned but also the Nanite Area Beacon (Allow Repair, Deconstruct, Projection, Area Size, Offset & Rotation).
