Patch 0.84: Power of Imbalance
General Changes:

* duel_map: You can see the enemy or ally inventory now.
* New Hero: Wanderer, Astral Trekker - Melee Strength Carry Disabler Durable Initiator

Balance Changes:

* Axe (WOTF):
- Strength Return strength percent damage increased from 30/40/50/60% to 30/45/50/65%.

* Bane (WOTF):
- Atropos End now dispels the following debuffs (that are not dispellable with normal strong dispels): Elokvenciranost Slow, Volcano Stun, Time Stop and Entrapment.
- Fiends Grip mana cost decreased from 250/350/450 to 200/300/400.

* Batrider (WOTF):
- Base HP reduced from 180 to 150.
- Base HP regeneration reduced from 2.0 to 1.0
- Flamebreak mana cost reduced from 140 to 110/120/130/140.

* Che Monk:
- Summon Wireless Tramvaj dragging radius reduced from 425 to 250.
- Aghanim Scepter Summon Wireless Tramvaj dragging radius is now 425.
- Aghanim Scepter Summon Wireless Tramvaj crash damage is now 400/500/600.

* Clinkz:
- Agility growth increased from 3 to 3.3

* Ember Spirit:
- Flame Guard magic absorb reduced from 150/300/450/600 to 100/300/400/500.

* Fire Lord:
- Lava Spawn movement speed increased from 300 to 320.
- Fire Raze mana cost increased from 75 to 90.

* Jastuk:
- Drink Milk urine damage per second increased from 20/25/30 to 25/30/35.

* Lightning Shaman:
- Ball of Lightning cooldown reduced from 8/7/5/4 to 7/6/5/4 seconds.
- Ball of Lightning vision reduced from 325 to 250.
- Wrath of the Sky disarm and silence no longer pierces Magic/Spell immunity.
- Ion Blast vision radius increased from 300 to 400.
- Purge cast range increased from 700 to 800.
- Purge now dispels the following debuffs from allies (that are not dispellable with normal strong dispels): Elokvenciranost Slow, Volcano Stun, Time Stop and Entrapment.

* Queen of Pain (WOTF):
- Sonic Wave travel speed reduced from 1100 to 900.

* Stealth Assassin:
- Enabled and Reworked slightly
- Base HP regeneration increased from 0.75 to 1.0
- Backstab removed; Replaced with Desolate: Passive; Stealth Assassin deals bonus damage based on agility if the attacked target is alone. Illusions fully benefit from this ability. This spell is similar to Spectre's Desolate.
- Permanent Invisibility no longer grants HP regeneration.
- Permanent Invisibility doesn't provide Backstab bonuses.
- Permanent Invisibility fade delay decreased from 8/6/4/2 to 7/5/3/2 seconds.
- Permanent Invisibility now needs hero level 3 to be learned.
- Base armor reduced by 1
- Smoke Screen still slows turn rates by 30%
- Blink Strike reworked: Blink Strike is now a point target ability that literally blinks Stealth Assassin and deals magic damage in a radius around the blink destination.
- Ambush now consider enemy creeps as allies to the target hero.
- Ambush radius reduced from 500 to 400.

* Void Demon:
- Backtrack dodge chance reduced from 15/20/25/30% to 10/15/20/25%.
- Mass Haste cooldown increased from 80/65/50 to 80/70/60 seconds.

Convenience Changes:

* Florin:
- Changed Spell Icon for Alex Wisdom.

Item Changes:

* Reorganised shops slightly.
* Added Faerie Fire to the Fountain shop.
* Added Iron Talon to the Fountain shop.
* Added Aether Lens to the Fountain shop.
* Added Dragon Lance to the Fountain shop.

* Abyssal Blade:
- Damage bonus increased from 70 to 80.

* Aether Lens:
- Gold cost decreased from 2350 to 2250.
- Magic resistance increased from 15% to 20%.

* Arcane Boots:
- Movement speed bonus increased from 50 to 55.
- Gold cost decreased from 1350 to 1300.

* Arcane Boots 2:
- Gold cost decreased from 2250 to 2200.

* Bottle:
- Gold cost decreased from 850 to 830.
- Added to side shops.

* Clarity:
- Mana regeneration increased from 170 over 45 seconds to 190 over 50 seconds.

* Cloak:
- Gold cost decreased from 550 to 500.
- Magic resistance increased from 15% to 20%.

* Crimson Guard:
- Passive melee damage block reduced from 60 to 50.

* Glimmer Cape:
- Gold cost decreased from 1950 to 1900.

* Heart of Tarrasque:
- HP regeneration increased from 4.75% to 5%.

* Hood of Defiance:
- Gold cost reduced from 2100 to 2050.

* Iron Talon:
- Bonus armor increased from 2 to 3.
- Gold cost increased from 500 to 525.
- Cooldown decreased from 14 to 10 seconds.

* Javelin:
- Damage bonus increased from 10 to 20.

* Monkey King Bar:
- Damage bonus increased from 66 to 86.

* Pipe of Insight:
- Gold cost decreased from 3500 to 3450.
- Now provides 2 points to all stats as well.

* Phase Boots:
- Movement speed bonus increased from 45 to 50.
- Gold cost decreased from 1290 to 1240.
- Phase duration increased from 2.5 to 3 seconds.

* Power Treads:
- Movement speed bonus increased from 45 to 50.
- Gold cost decreased from 1400 to 1350.

* Ring of Basilius:
- Bonus armor increased from 1 to 2.
- Gold cost increased from 500 to 525.

* Slippers of Halcyon:
- Gold cost reduced from 2100 to 2050.

* Skull Basher:
- Damage bonus increased from 10 to 20.

* Tranquil Boots:
- Movement speed bonus increased from 85 to 90.
(Movement speed bonus of broken Tranquil boots is still 55).
- Gold cost decreased from 1000 to 950. (In DotA current gold cost is 925).
- Bonus armor increased from 3 to 4.

* Vanguard:
- Melee damage block reduced from 60 to 40.
- Range damage block reduced from 30 to 20.

* Yasha:
- Movement speed bonus increased from 8% to 10%.

Bug Fixes:

* Fire Lord model changed back to default Shadow Fiend model because of visual bugs.
Cause of the bugs: Valve changed the path location of the Shadow Fiend Arcana model and many other models...
* Fixed a bug with fountain buff on duel_map showing the old range of fountain aura.
* Fixed Charm giving auras back to heroes when they don't have them learned.
* Fixed Lava Spawns getting stuck.
* Fixed Dark Minions getting stuck.
* Fixed Charmed lane creeps getting stuck.
* Fixed Dark Ranger Marksmanship Aghanim Scepter not working.
* Fixed some minor error with Fire Lord hero (DAMAGE_TYPE_PHYSICAL console error)
* Fixed Dark Transmutation units getting stuck.
* Fixed Resurrected units being phased for their whole duration.
* Fixed the linear projectile particle of Che Energy rocket:
- Fixed not showing when casted on lower level of terrain (casting from the river for example) and fixed particle attachment when the rocket hits.
* Fixed the velocity vector of Wireless Ship not having z-component set to 0.
