Hero Balance Changes:

* Archmage:
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Base Intelligence decreased from 19 to 16.
- Base Agility decreased from 17 to 16.
- Base attack damage increased from 18-32 to 24-38. (Starting damage is now 40-54)
- Water Elemental armor type changed from Strong to Basic.
- Earth Golem armor type changed from Strong to Basic.

* Axe (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Attack Range unchanged (128).

* Bane (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Base Movement Speed decreased from 315 to 310.

* Batrider (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base HP regeneration increased from 1 to 2.
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Day Vision reduced from 1200 to 1000.
- Night Vision increased from 800 to 1800.

* Blademaster:
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Strength gain per level decreased from 2 to 1.9

* Che Monk:
- Zoom Zoom critical damage decreased from 150/200/225/250% to 125/150/175/200%.
- Zoom Zoom critical damage is now dealt in 1 instance instead of 2 instances (it was like this: original damage after reductions + bonus damage from Zoom Zoom).
- Zoom Zoom critical chance is True Random again (no longer Pseudo-Random)
- Zoom Zoom critical damage's damage type is now the same as its original damage type (no longer only magical; crits from auto-attacks and physical spells are physical, crits from magical spells/items are magical ...)
- Zoom Zoom critical now has a red crit number over the target's head when it procs.
- Zoom Zoom critical damage can now pierce spell immunity if the original damage pierced spell immunity.

* Clinkz (WOTF):
- Base HP decreased from 200 to 150.
- Base HP regeneration increased from 0.25 to 0.75
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Turn Rate improved from 0.4 to 0.5

* Clockwerk (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (200).
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Attack Range unchanged (128).

* Dark Ranger:
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Base Agility decreased from 26 to 21.
- Agility gain per level decreased from 2.0 to 1.9
- Base attack damage increased from 18-29 to 23-33.

* Death Knight:
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Strength gain per level decreased from 2.6 to 2.5

- Trolling Power manual cast range is still 625.
- Trolling Power Int to Damage percentage decreased from 30/50/70/90% to 30/50/65/80%.
- Trolling Power Armor Reduction increased from 1/3/5/7 to 2/4/6/8.
- Trolling Power Armor Reduction is now applied before the actual projectile/attack lands (like Desolator).
- Emperor's Wrath bonus attack speed increased from 30/40/50/60 to 50/60/70/80.
- Emperor's Wrath now dispels Trolling Power dot debuff from enemies (this prevents Trolling Power to wake up enemies by accident).
- Emperor's Wrath Sleep duration increased from 2/3/4/5 to 2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5 seconds.
- Emperor's Wrath Invulnerable duration decreased from 0.8 to 0.5 seconds.

* Enchantress (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (200).
- Base Mana decreased from 50 to 0.
- Strength gain per level decreased from 2.4 to 1.5

* Fire Lord:
- Base HP increased from 100 to 200.
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Lava Spawn armor type changed from Strong to Basic.

* Florin Gipsy:
- Base Intelligence decreased from 1 to 0.
- Base HP decreased from 200 to 150.
- Base Mana increased from 50 to 120.

* Gambler:
- Base HP unchanged (150).

- Terrorize intelligence difference multiplier increased from 2.5/3/3.5/4 to 3.5/4/4.5/5.
- Sarcasm critical damage decreased from 200/300/400/500% to 150/250/350/450%.
- Frictionless Speed mana cost decreased from 100 to 75.
- Drink Milk buffs are no longer pseudo-heals.
- Drink Milk Pointy Bones buff now reflects all incoming damage to the damage dealer (attacker) before armor and magic resistance reduction and before intelligence spell amplification. (Jastuk is technically invulnerable to any damage (even to Elokvenciranost damage) during Pointy Bones buff which last 2.25 seconds)
- Drink Milk Pointy Bones reflected damage is now pure damage that pierces spell immunity.
- Drink Milk main buff now reflects all attack-based damage from ranged attackers (including the damage from unique attack modifiers). Doesn't reflect damage from spells that are not attack-based!
- Drink Milk main buff reflected damage is still pure damage that doesn't pierce spell immunity.
- Damage done by Drink Milk buffs is not amplified with Jastuk's intelligence spell amplification (but damage is still amplified with Aether Lens spell amplification).
- Drink Milk's Damage Reflect stacks independently with Blademail's Damage Return.

* Lich (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Dark Ritual current hp converted increased from 25/35/45/55% to 30/45/60/75%.
- Dark Ritual cooldown increased from 45/35/30/25 to 45/40/35/30 seconds.

* Lifestealer (WOTF):
- Base HP unchanged (150).
- Base Mana unchanged (0).
- Attack Range unchanged (128).
- Base Movement Speed decreased from 290 to 285.
- Anabolic Frenzy passive bonus attack speed changed from 10/20/30/45 to 10/20/30/40.
- Anabolic Frenzy active bonus attack speed increased from 20/25/30/35 to 40 at all levels.
- Anabolic Frenzy active attack speed slow increased from 20/25/30/35 to 25/30/35/40.

* Lightning Shaman:
- Base minimum attack damage decreased from 32 to 29.
- Attack Range unchanged (200).
- Base Strength increased from 15 to 19.
- Intelligence gain per level decreased from 3.6 to 3.4
- Base Agility decreased from 18 to 13.
- Base HP decreased from 340 to 260.

- Base Movement Speed decreased from 320 to 300.

* Mana Eater:
- Base Agility increased from 22 to 25.
- Agility gain per level decreased from 2.8 to 2.75

- Incapacitate mana cost decreased from 90 to 50.
- Time Slow duration increased from 4/4.5/5/5.5 to 8 seconds at all levels.
- Time Slow radius decreased from 500 to 400.

Item Balance Changes:

- Removed Bananas dropping from destroyed trees.

* Arcane Boots:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 55 to 50.

* Arcane Boots 2:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 60 to 55.

* Boots of Speed:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 45 to 40.

* Cheese:
- Item cost increased from 1000 to 2000.
- Can be purchased in the shop. (Can be found in the shop only via search)

* Faerie Fire:
- Can now stack with itself in the inventory. (Bonus Damage doesn't stack anymore!)
- Now shows charges.

* Infused Raindrop:
- Can now stack with itself in the inventory. (Bonus Mana regen doesn't stack anymore!)

* Power Treads:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 50 to 45.

* Phase Boots:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 50 to 45.

* Slippers of Halcyon:
- Bonus movement speed decreased from 90 to 70.
- Max Channel Time reduced from 4.5 to 3.5 seconds. (Total Heal unchanged.)

* Tranquil Boots:
- Broken Tranquil boots bonus movement speed decreased from 55 to 50.

* Wind Lace:
- Item cost decreased from 235 to 225.

Convenience Changes:

* Emperor of Srem:
- Changed model scale from 0.7 to 0.75
- Changed Hero Pick sound.

* Infinity Darkemist:
- Attack Acquisition range increased from 600 to 800.
- Changed Hero Pick sound.

* Jastuk:
- Jastuk is no longer visually flying while having Frictionless buff.

* Lich (WOTF):
- Changed model scale from 0.79 to 0.85

* Lightning Shaman:
- Changed Hero Pick sound.

Bug Fixes:

* Slippers of Halcyon changed code slightly to be less buggy.
* Fixed the interaction between Lifestealer's Anabolic Frenzy and Lotus Orb's Echo Shell.
* Fixed Drink Milk Pointy Bones interaction with enemy Blademail.
* Fixed Drink Milk Pointy Bones interaction with enemy Drink Milk Pointy Bones.
* Fixed minor bonus damage error with Staff of Negation.
