Like the title says, i wanted to know if there`s a way to increase the number of armies you can muster in the field at later game. I`m at turn 309, as Rome, and im stuck at 18 legions while needing way more to cover the borders with enemies and potential enemies. I have the population (3m manpower for the faction) with 76 regions and making around 200k denaris per turn but the army cap doesnt let me create more legions even with the economy and population to do so.

If there`s sub mods, it is fine too... i dont need to increase the number of units per army, but rather the number of armies themselves.
