I am playing as Carthage, and I want to recruit the Parasim Qdosim, but I am unable to recruit them. I have checked all building tech tree information, but I cannot find the building requirements needed to produce them. I have completed both carthaginian reforms and have built most of the buildings and researched almost all technologies, yet I cannot recruit Parasim Qdosim as a regular unit, except as a general unit.

Is Parasim Qdosim (Sacred Band Cavalry) in this mod a general only unit, meaning it cannot be recruited normally? If it can be recruited normally, please provide detailed recruitment requirements.
