So here is a bug I came across:

Planet type: Temparate Junkyard ...
Description: I set up a base on a Temparate Junkyard, used a Junk Storage as starter and attached a couple of blocks. When I open the map, the base does not appear on the map, although I checked Waypoint and Local Hud. Actually the whole map seems to be non responsive, even when I try to put a new marker somewhere else.
Troubleshooting: Rebooted the game completely / to menu
Solution: Reboot the game

Bug category: story quest
Description: I found the Fukushima and finished this part of the explorer questline. A while later I finished the deconstruction quest, where you have to make 50 complex bars. The next quest led me to the Merrywether, where the captain told me to find the other missing ships and gave me a list of ships with checkboxes. However, the Fukushima was unchecked, but should be checked.
Troubleshooting:will travel to the Fukushima again and see if this checks the box.

When I open storage containers it look s like "New" items have no icon picture just an amount and popup description. They appear to function their just nigh invisible and very hard to use. Just started using the Scenario so this has been present from start for me, not just appeared.
Suggestions?

I talked to Knowitall about a short time before he vanished about a minor bug, he said it would be fixed in the next update, but he never came back. So I thought I'd mention it here to see if you have already addressed it or need to look at it either way.
When you use the ISI token to teleport to ISI Headquarters, when you step off the teleport pad there should be doors to your left next to the pad. They are supposed to be unlocked, but last time I tried the scenario Knowitall told me to use admin commands to ghost my way past them. On the other side of those doors was the guy you could purchase all the Specializations from. The Medical, Combat and so forth. But the doors should have been unlocked but were locked and was a bug per KnowitallDM.

The screen where you pick a savegame to load reports several of the saves are no longer usable and should be deleted. At first it was only one, but when I made a backup of a second both it and the new copy both immediately flagged as unusable.
I'm fairly early on in the game, just finished building a small ship and ready to start the capital ship build mission, so it's not a disaster if I have to start over, but I'm hoping that won't be necessary.

Type " pda rwdchaps 128 " in the command line. Advances you to next chapter where you can pick up things.
Then manually grant 50K credits via item manager to completing player as well as 5000 Polaris Reputation via command:
" Faction rep local [Faction 3 digit code = Pol ] [number = current +5000] "
You can then do mission chapter 6 and that will once done lead to chap 7 without further issue.
Solution tested twice with separate players.
Can't seem to edit the PDA file to allow a more smooth fix myself (but still trying!) I suspect somethings hard coded above my experience level on this one

1) Dead Biochemist is being looked at. Angel thinks they are on the trail of a corrupted Block causing it but not found a fix yet. Use a PDA command to work around it for now.
2) Medical Kit mission is... Being debated. There a Bug in it as if you look it asks for 100 but the quest logger needs 200! Your suggestions on what would be a fairer amount are welcome!
3) Lack of animals was caused by the core update the other month. You need to add the fix mentioned in this forum [Getting Things Fixed For 1.12! Distrann [developer] 7 Apr @ 10:13am ] to make that go away for now. A customised version of the fix is being looked at right now for inclusion ASAP.
Note: i 'm playing the mod in multiplayer mode.
While the stuff on the Starship Graveyard is undergoing peer review I wanna try and do some Bug squashing where I can!
So I'l work my way down this list so I hope yo u will post any others you'd found over time !
1 - Finding the alien device that sends the signal. (This waypoint is active even before you get the scout specialization. I did the mission and got the token before getting the profession, so now that it's done, I can't do it anymore). It's better to activate it only after checking the specialization.
2 - The PVZirax in Tohh is not spawning, so it is not possible to progress from combat rank 4. (Take out the Planetary Patrol Vessel).
3 - Combat Rank 7 (Defeat a Zirax Patrol Vessel) is not counting correctly. I have already eliminated 1 Sunat (reinforcement) and 4 Periat (respawn) in Tohh's orbit. I was wondering if it is the “patrol vessel” ship or if it can be any Zirax ship. From what I saw in the mission check, it was only PVZirax, but I may be mistaken.
Regarding Elite Credit, if it is stored in a container, it is possible that the value will decrease significantly after reopening. The error does not only occur when you receive the credit; it is something related to storage in containers.
