Ah that is a shame as this does look great! I honestly did consider putting this same lock and dam in the mod as well as it is another real world location just east of the LV bridge. It would have been awesome but at the time I was working on it I didnt have the vanilla map files and would have had to recreate parts of LV to make it work so I left it out. Maybe I'll add it in a future version!
Anyway thanks for letting me know about this one!
New Albany occupies the space directly north of LV across the bridge that usually ends in the void in vanilla. Thanks though!

Thanks! I do have this now but at the time I was originally working on the map over a year ago I wasn't aware of it. I may add the lock in now but we'll see.
Looking at their description, the interior mod should be listed before any other map mod in the load order and map folder order so that might be your issue
