Didn't notice this behavior in previous patch, but now when im missing just a few materials, have seen at least in steel and aluminium so far, it imports "twice" as much, and does not fix it the next week automatically. For example im missing two steel, it imports 8 from the Germans and 8 from the Soviets leaving me 14 steel more than needed. So far canceling all the imports of that material has been working, as then it gets the amount right next week. So probably not too common of an issue. I was playing as Chile which gets a lot of buffs to resource extraction and some resources to market modifiers too in-case that helps.
