what happened to option that let me see npc at towns?
i cant find option to enable seeing npc at town menu

where did it go?

i cant find npc that let me recruit and the option to see npc at menu is gone too

so this mode is not playble for me

I think it's in the Camp menu. To access it you have to go out into the wilderness far enough away from a city to not get the city menu.
