Report a translation problem
If you have a save from before Isengard gets destroyed, you can apply the patch and continue playing (and if you're lucky, you may trigger the quest again).
If you don't have a backup save, I advise you let the quest timer run out and accept the failed quest. Helm's Deep will get destroyed, but the overall consequences aren't too harsh.
I have backup save, yeah, try it next time. Now, the consequences not so bad, Rohan continued to fight, and Dark side have only 3 city - Morannon, Minas Morgul and Barad Dur.
The worst part of failed quest - Gandalf took offense at me and don`t give quests anymore((9(
