How can I get an armoured Troll? (Resolved, just speak with a smith while you've got a Trained Troll, obviously in the town map mode)
At the Isengard barracks the NpC told me "the **** do you want, speak with a smith XD"

Do tasks for Saruman and eventually he will send you to capture a troll. When you bring it back, he will offer it to you and if you have enough Resource Points there will be an option to ask him to give an armored one instead.

I red it and I tried it, i have got more than 100k resource point and lots of influence, took 2 trolls but no option for armoured one.

It certainly has changed.

With enough Renown and rank you can attain a green and inexperienced troll with a faction.

Its possible to get them with Moria/Mt Gunderbad, Isen and Mordor (Dol Guldur instead draws renown from your Mordor pool and gives you a Mordor Troll).

Step one is therefore easy enough, the problem comes in step 2. Leveling up the troll when playing in standard mode. I have kept a roster of 3 Mordor trolls for considerable time but the xp gain is so low that despite the majority of a play through now being complete I have not managed to level a single one. The Xp curve feels higher at lvl 30 than standard M&B so potentially the high level trolls are struggling to rank up and are well beyond the level where your trainer skill might assist them.

Step 3 would be taking your Ranked troll and speaking to a smith where im guessing you will need armour parts to manufacture the trolls armour or a truck load of resource points however I cannot confirm as levelling them up is unlikely to happen in my entire play through even if i were to save scum to avoid losses in rough sieges.
