Lastly, we've had this division by zero error for quite some time now, but can't seem to find what's causing it. :(
From my completely uneducated point of view, I had an idea that some of those divide by zero errors may be caused when I'm supposed to kill an enemy lord, because it seems to happen most often just after a battle with one. Plus, I've literally never killed off a lord, they always die in battles out of my view. Could be a coincidence though!

Might not be related to the advance camps, but I hope it helps either way!
Yes, what you reported is the other error we don't know how to get rid of. ;) However, it doesn't seem to break anything. Both of these errors also appear without player intervention. Also, lords can't be killed if the player is involved
On advance camps: Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate your problem. When I simulated the campaign situation you described, advance camps spawn conditions did apply (i.e. dont spawn and respawn if under 1000 strength and only respawn after 10 days.) So maybe the change doesn't show up in old savegames, after all. Sorry about that.
I've actually managed to defeat everyone but Mordor now, just by getting them down to 0 strength. I've taken over everywhere but the the Black Gate. I'm hoping I can defeat Mordor in the same way as the others because all my allies are still up near Fangorn seiging the Mordor Advance Camp over and over. If I can't get them to Morannon, and the 0 strength thing doesn't work, I think I'll just call it a win and start my next character =p
