Permanent cure to delerium?
I beat the behemoth but I still only have the experimental treatment. Is there a permanent cure?

How much capture space do I need for scylla? I don't want to capture one then it dies because I don't have enough space... Also extremely difficult to capture since I dont have warcry and when it gets hurt too much it runs off and escapes

Do you mean capture slots in the airplane (if you play with “Limited Capturing“ on you will need a special airplane module) or containment slots? Definitely more than 4. I would free up 8 containment slots just to be sure.
Re capturing a Scylla: destroy all legs with the help of shred and fire: her movement will be close to zero. Then throw a Vita grenade to stop her bleeding.

Re permanent cure: no.
But you could try to get a soldier to be fully augmented (Project Osiris). Then yes.

Wasnt there a permanent cure to delerium in earlier versions of TFTV?

Yes I have the aircraft Scylla module installed.
I had 12 free base containment space but I raised it to 20 just to be sure by harvesting food from them. I wanted to know how much base containment space a scylla uses.

I have not heard of Project Osirris... You're saying that I can augment or mutate all 3 body parts?
Is that a research, mission, or game mod?

Ok thanks, I'll disable their legs by chucking fire grenades and disabling legs.
The other problem was Scylla bleeding to death before I can paralyze her.
I never even thought of trying a Vita grenade.

what is a revenant? I don't think I've ever seen one

Remnants of a soldier who died while having Delirium.

So I need to let one of my soldiers die, hope he gets resurrected. then paralyze my own guy to capture him? Capture enough to acquire 15 points. Is my soldier a hostile enemy if he becomes resurrected? It's not making sense to me and the wiki info is insufficient and ambiguous

I'd have to let a lot of soldiers die hoping they get resurrected

Recipe:
1. A soldier with Delirium needs to die.
2. A Revenant (can be any type of Pandoran but is stronger than usual because it retains knowledge of the fallen soldier) needs to be captured.
3. The captured Revenant needs to be researched.
4. A certain number of Revenants need to be killed (or captured).
5. Project Osiris needs to be researched.
6. Any soldier who dies afterwards has a chance to be resurrected (as fully bionic or fully mutated). The chance is highest for soldiers who have more kills and number of missions. New soldiers have 0% chance. (See it as a 2nd chance for your A-team soldiers.)

thats great but I'm not going to go around letting a bunch of my soldiers get killed..
I've never even seen a revenant over 3 playthroughs.
If a soldier has died, he's dead. No revenant has appeared

The soldier who has died needs to had at least 1 Delirium to trigger Revenants.

Revenants are “fun“: they grant resistances to all other Pandorans on the map (but not to reinforcements).
A sample resistance is 50% resistance to shred forcing to change your standard approach.
Eventually if you manage to not lose soldiers there will be a VO named adaptive resistance (but Bazaar prizes are reduced).

So I need to let my soldier get killed and I lose him? And some new enemy emerges like an umbra out of his corpse that I need to capture?

At least this VO will eventually be removed but a Revenant Jane or John Doe will appear forever though not on every mission.

Think of DNA found and used by Pandorans. You will encounter this DNA infused Pandoran (could be an Arthron or even a Scylla) for the rest of the game.

Oh my god I'm so confused. I still don't understand revenants. What is a VO? How does a revenant keep reappearing if you kill it or capture it in a mission?

So my soldier dies. I lose him forever. Some pandoran called a revenant grows up out his corpse? I capture it. Then it reappears. I capture it again, Get more points., Capture it again, enough times to get 15 points. A research Osiris becomes available. Then more of my soldiers die, and hope he reanimates himself with all 3 body parts mutated?

Is it, but with some thing keeping in mind. Osirirs is backup tool, which reduces losses for mid/late game
