it provides 100% rad absorption, +100% decor, is nearly not conductive and has +2000C overheat temperature.
this is balanced around you only getting effectively 100kg of it per artifact, so you need 4 artifacts for a single pump (that then allows pumping magma)
The main use case for it are construction of large modules and, in an upcoming update; Space Station parts, these will have their cost balanced around the limited availablility of neutronium alloy
