Fixes and Adjustments:
- fixed fuel loaders being able to load gas fuels into a liquid fuel tank
- fixed the logic port of loader buildings flickering/not reacting with multiple rocket platforms connected to it; the logic signal now lingers for 1 second before turning off
- fixed the temp. implementation of station spawning being able to create multiple stations in one hex
- the spacefarer input ports are now marked as insulated; they should no longer be able to boil their contents on launch/landing
- fixed vertical rocket port adapters getting into a bad state and stop working without any noticable error
- vertical rocket port adapters now have a status indicating when they aren't connected to a rocket platform
- Removed fix for liquid oxidizer meter as that was adressed in the latest update
