I'm not sure if there is some special Chosen action or what, but pretty much every time I've reached 30% ambush rate on a mission, it is a guaranteed ambush. Additionally a pretty rough ride at that even on "normal" difficulty. I'm struggling to have decent armor and guns for my team, meanwhile the levels are all here, play with a MEC with 5 armor and like 30 life.
