No resistance orders
I don't get the screen to set resistance orders. I have played through several months and found the three factions. It has given me messages about unlocking new orders. Still no screen to activate the orders. Am I missing something, anyone else have this problem?

Did you enable the resistance orders in the second wave options, when you started the campaign? Since if you didn't you can't get access to them anymore in your campaign.
Though in general those orders are not balanced for the LWOTC mod, so some of them might be really op, which is why they're disabled by default.
