[BUG] LWOTC - Serpent armor disappears if built when serpent suit wearing soldier is out.

I attempted to build the serpent armour while the serpent suit was on the soldier on infiltration. It didn't appear in the inventory and when soldier returned it still was serpent suit. Now there is no option to build it.
