It would be really nice if the mod gave you popup window notifications about major world events and wars even when you are not playing as a country directly involved. I believe EU4 does this to keep the player informed about major stuff that is happening.

For example if I'm playing as Carthage I would like to have popups about the progression of the Diadochi Wars.
