I'm playting now as Rome, I formed the Rome empire affter many hours and many effors, and suddenly there are a chain of the same event called "locust swarm" which affects Philoteria, in Galilea, (around 879 Urbs ConditaC/126 AC) entering into a loop. I decided the first few times to help Philoteria land paying more than 40.000 everytime, but, as the event is repeted, I cannot pay anymore and the event continues over and over again acting like spam and making the game unplayable... Is it a bug? Any way to avoid it? Thanks in advance
One can still see the end of the helmet and the spear above ground tho
Turn off all other mods, if you're using Better UI, make sure Invictus is loaded after Better UI.
That worked, thanks!
There is supposed to be a cap of 200-500 per disaster but a dev accidentally mixed a minimum and a max value. The crazy amounts you're paying should not be happening ontop of the fact that it should go away after the third event.
It does exist. It may not be called the anti-piracy law under cathage. Try reading the tool tips to figure out which it is.
- if the A. I controls the Dahae tribes and forms the confederation under Arsaces Arsacid, the confederation no longer seem to change its name to Parthia and challenge the Seleukids with all its might, as previously. Instead, only the rump southern three provinces of the confederation break out as Parthia by event, under a completely random character, and commence a suicidal war against the Seleukids. The result is no longer the probable historical emergence of the Parthian Empire under the Arsacid dynasty, but the certain ahisotrical expansion of the Seleukids into Central Asia, also facilitated by the diplomatic annexation of Bactria, and the scripted collapse of the Mauryan Empire.
- if the player unites the tribes and forms Parthia under the Arsacids, the event still fires, breaking the three core provinces as an independent second Parthia, leaving the player with the unenviable choice of either role-playing the buggy event, or rage quitting, depending on the game situation and personal disposition.
