Now in terms of feature that could be added, one that could be usefull is to allow to select and force some natural wonders to be present in the game (Other mods (sukritact wonder selector++) do but from experience their not compatipable)
As for your other suggestion, ENWS can already be used to force the appearance of specific natural wonders, by excluding undesired NW. That said, it can only place NW within the limits of the generated map; if you specify Delicate Arch, but the generated map does not contain a suitable plot or plots for it, it won't spawn. With this in mind, in most cases, if you set the slider to X, and select X NW in the chooser, those specific X NW will spawn.
