No cardinals as sabbath regent
I became a regent and founder of a sabbath, after which I can't create any regions myself. Is there a guide on the rules/checks that need to be done for all of these events? I also became a regent, but I wasn't elected as a clan representative first.

I think its bugged, was playing as powerful Venture anarch, and all my Ventrue vassals become Cams cause Mithras said so, killed him took Britan but no cardinal option.
Sabbath is op though, cause of wild hunt and black hand.

Another thing, in my game Lasombra and Toreador killed their elders, in the beginning most of my Toreador vassals converted to Free Anarch, as good portion of my vassals where of that clan I join them, later on they turn to Camarilla for some reason, I was also the founder of the Sabbath, but the whole conversion process was kinda bugged, with another Lasombra guy becoming the founder. Late game is still very underdeveloped, Sabbat should function more like the Protestant reformation in EU 4 where younger less humane vampires turn to paths and destabilize Camarilla realms.

It's SABBAT, not Sabbath.

Also, declaring yourself Cardinal is located in the quest section of your management options. The one where you decide whether to host Elysium, go on a Wild Goose Chase, master Sorcery, est.

At least, that's how I managed to become a Cardinal. I saw an option listed there for me to declare myself one.
