Kobolds are not animals! They have a deep, rich culture that stupid adventurers like yourself don't think twice about before storming through their caves and slaughtering their families!

I mean, I'm not really expecting great consistency from Pathfinder writers (I read those Adventure Paths), but still, they probably should make up their mind.

I'm not sure if Rakshasa are the same between D&D and Pathfinder. In every piece of D&D artwork I've come across, the Rakshasa are depicted as being tiger people. But when it comes to Pathfinder, they seem to range anywhere between felines, to canines, reptiles and even birds.

Also, the last time I read about their lore, I think it mentioned how Rakshasa are a race of Devils, who managed to escape the Nine Hells, and take up a more permanent residence on the Prime Material. When a Rakshasa's body killed, they regenerates themselves like any other outsider, but they have a far easier time returning to the Prime Material than others of their kind.

Incorrect. Pathfinder has a bunch of different bloodlines, depending on what Fiend you come from. The Rakshasa-Spawn are known as the Beastbrood, and they resemble crosses between mortals and animals.

Other breeds include the:

Hellspawn (Devils)

Pitborn (Demons)

Grimspawn (Daemons)

Faultspawn (Asuras)

Spitespawn (Divs)

Hungerseed (Onis)

Foulspawn (Demodands)

Shackleborn (Kytons)

Motherless (Qlippoths)

--------------------------

In fact, Pathfinder also has sub-breeds of Aasimar, now that I think about it. Those being the:

Idyllkin (Agathions)

Angelkin (Angels)

Lawbringers (Archons)

Musetouched (Azatas)

Plumekith (Garudas)

Emberkin (Peris)

Asaimar simply aren't as interesting visually so that's probably why they are not a core race.

Aasimar are about as interesting in their appearance as the current edition of Tieflings are. I hate how the current iteration of them has Tieflings automatically descended from Devil stock. When I found out that Pathfinder allows for Tieflings to be descended from almost every kind of Fiend, and have wildly different appearances because of it, it renewed my interest in playing them. (Rakshasa-Spawn = Furry Tieflings).

But D&D's version comes across as generic and boring to me.

Kind of pointless to add SSR into the game, now that Blue and Evolved are in.

That would be like going back and adding Ultra Super Saiyan (the form Trunks used on Perfect Cell) to the game, when they already have SS 2 and 3 out.

I'm trying to get my allies to level 50, so they can evolve into their God Classes. But I can't find a good mission to do it with. Specifically, I'm looking for one of the missions that has multiple fists as the icon, since that gives my allies full EXP, while still allowing me to use my own (vastly over leveled) avatar.

I'm currently on Chapter 5, and I'm not sure if one of these missions is present in the ToP. So if anybody has any ideas, or tips, I'd appreciate it!

Honestly, I never understood why Tieflings became a core race, while the Aasimar became an expanded source race. Considering most campaigns operate under the assumption you're playing the heroes of the story, you'd think it would be the other way around.

As in, playing somebody of celestial ancestry would be a more common sight, than playing somebody who carries the tainted blood of the fiends! But I guess Tieflings are there to support the edgy anti-hero trope that became so popular in the 90's.

Yeah. That's pretty much how I saw it. The current stuff happened somewhere in 2016 and it keeps it's continuity today. So more than promo videos, they also tell a story that spans several "sagas" as they call them.

Well, in the manga, all three Android avatars are siblings in the real world. And in the currently ongoing manga of Dragon Ball Heroes, we're 13 episodes in, and they haven't shown even a single reference to the idea of it taking place in a children's card game.

I don't remember which Heroes game it was, but one of the previous versions stated that the players were using "advanced time travel technology" to go back in time as their avatars.

So yeah, each version of Heroes is meant to be it's own self contained story, and it's only with World Mission that we finally started to see them cross over.

Well, as far as I can tell, I'm on the last chapter, so I'm not too far off from that point.

Bezerker apart from rage isn’t at all like barbarian.

Transmutation loses the holy grail of spells though - Stoneskins...

I have never flesh to stoned or disintegrated anyone in baldurs gate.... maybe I should try it?

Disintegrate is one of the most devastating spells in the game. Because depending on which rules you're playing with, it can PERMANENTLY kill the target. If you get hit by the spell, your portrait isn't grayed out until you cast a revive spell. Your portrait gets removed from the party roster!

Flesh to Stone is almost as devastating, except the effects can be reversed with Stone to Flesh.

I thought transmuter was the worst specialist mage and the only reason to play one is to punish yourself.

HERESY! Transmutation is my favorite magic school in D&D, and it has 2 of my favorite spells in the game, Disintegrate and Flesh to Stone.

As for moving Barbarian into a Fighter kit, they already had something like that set up... it was called the Berserker...

I believe it might have been. If you rewind the game back to a point where the Shaman isn't added, Barbarian is a separate class, instead of a kit.

Another thing that Beamdog screwed up with SoD, was forcing specialist mages to memorize at least 1 specialized spell for every spell level during character creation. Unfortunately, not every school has a spell for every level. Which means that it is impossible to make a Transmuter in BG 2 now!

truth be told, considering how, as stated many times, heroes is canon to xenoverse, it wouldnt be wrong to call this game xenoverse 3. or, xenoverse heroes, even. just something that brings both sides of that canon together.

One thing different with heroes is that it keeps adding story through their promo videos. Something XV does not do because it sticks to the canon anime. I haven't seen any of the recent promo videos, but people claim it's really good stuff on itself. If you could port that into XV's action fighting game template, it would be the epitome of awesome for some people.

Exactly! They explain that God Ki is an advanced form of Ki control, which doesn't waste excess power. SSG and SSB use less stamina than normal Super Saiyan, because they have better control of their Ki, just like how Frieza was able to adjust to his Golden form, after gaining proper control over it's energy.

I've watched Super in both Subs and Dubs, and NEVER did they mention this "natural energy" Naruto Sage bull crap!

Besides, if it was natural energy, then you would be able to sense their Ki, because Natural Energy is exactly what the Spirit Bomb is made out of!

If by "always", you mean "never", sure. BG1 didn't have Barbarians, and they show up in BG2 as a Fighter kit.

Did you not pay attention to my quote? Barbarian was not a kit, until Beamdog ♥♥♥♥ed with the game. I know this, because I own the original hard copies of this game. Barbarian was it's own separate class. Then Beamdog made some changes to the game, such as adding in the Shaman class, and suddenly Barbarian got moved into the Fighter kit section. If you rewind Baldur's Gate 2 back to a state before they implemented such changes, you can see for yourself.
