cool mod, but im playin as a demon and I can't attack or interact with any other ruler, says they're outside my diplomatic range even though their country borders mine.

Chough : that interaction didn't work. It bypassed every single check and converted all your vassals. If we can make it work properly, meaning making sure it checks if the vassal would actually accept, then it might come back

Prince of Pain, the only thing changed with the latest version of the mod was a single trigger and the version number.

Check that you are on the latest version of CK3 and the latest version of the mod. Verify your file integrity.

@Karde I'm not talking about individual conversion of faith, but rather an interaction that demands all vassals to convert with a single click.

I think the new Tributary mechanic is a bit broken for immortal characters (vampire, kuei-jin, true fae, mummy, etc.). Vanilla tributaries are designed to be a "for your lifetime" thing. That doesn't mix well with unending lifetimes. I also haven't seen any mechanic for a tributary to break free. Catching the Black Cross empire at a vulnerable moment and making them my tributary, and having that last for centuries without any trouble just didn't feel right.

Chough : I'm not even sure what you are talking about. You can one click convert faith in the faith window as usual. Only exceptions are if you are trying to go from say a vampire faith to a werewolf faith since that would break our scripts

Orangenord : Seems like a major case of wrong installation. Start from scratch and don't use any other mods. Delete everything, unsuscribe, re suscribe etc

I love, love this mod but it has not allowed for seduction to work anymore, graphic error on the convert culture and religion, and the character creation is not working anymore as it defaults to a very large nude woman. Even going back to older versions that worked it is not working as it did.

While vanilla CK adds powerful new gameplay elements with each update, PoD is moving backwards - every patch removes viable strategies for rapid progression. The most baffling part? Even if you're balancing by someway, why remove one-click religion conversion? They're literally deleting convenient player functions. Do you really intend to force players through unprecedented grind, tedious and repetitive operations, and Souls-like difficulty to achieve your ideal mod experience?

If your save file is from BEFORE the lastest update, then its probably an issue where the index numbers for portraits reference the old index numbers. Paradox added new hair styles (etc...) in the last update... which could have impacted the gene index numbers.

1) Revert to the previous version of CK3 and POD.
or
2) Start a new game and play that (RIP your old save file)

Probably its a good idea to do 2 anyway, as there might be other weirdness with using an old save file on an updated version of the game andmod.

Sparc, Cecilia 'The Desired', sorry, I was writing without thinking. She's not a canon character but I've seen her in multiple play throughs in different eras. After I load the game her hair is brown and she looks nothing like her character but if I start a new game she's back to being blond and fair skinned.

The comparison between New Game Vlad and my Loaded game, he lacks his eye colour, his skin is pale, his hair is now light brown, his face is now more rounded. Whereas for her her entire face structure is just different. It's strange.

A lot of characters are getting portrait DNA for the first time. A few have recently been reworked. I don't think that was done to Vlad Tepes.

Strange issue on my end after the update. All of the characters in the game after relaunching the game lose their original appearances. For instance my character has different values completely. Celine is now a brunette and looks different. Dracula got more Turkish looking.

so i have a question. With the recent update adding the other Fera options, at least the basic splat options, i noticed also some extinct Fera as well as being playable. Does that mean we will get to play with the Saber-tooth Bastet, the Khara as a possible option in the future? They are generally my favorite of the Bastet.

I suggest you give barons a minimum income of 0.1 per month. I've got a baron (kuei jin local ancestor) in my prison with negative one gold and zero income. They've been trapped for 21 years. I think if they could always afford their own ransom every 25 years that wouldn't be too much of a free gold pinata.

I think this might be an oversight, I was playing as a demon and recommended one of my vampire cultists to embrace a human cultist but it converts them into one of the default vampire religions and I can't convert them back because they're at -100 opinion and hate you now.

DMtrooper8415, its not canon. It also is several thousands years (hundreds of thousands of years?) before our earliest bookmark of 1230 AD. One of our mod developers has done some writing for Savage Age though.

I met the same problem with 1430064689, the character attributes turned into the name of some variables. My language is Chinese and didnt use any other mods.
I guess it comes from the update of Chinese localisation.

You can play as adventurer vamp or hunter since something like four months
