Suggestion: gas giants
The essence of the gas giant is a thick layer of gas, and this mod, I thought, could be used for this. Just change the appearance of water and collect hydrogen from it instead of ice. After that, create a tiny core of the planet and around - a large layer of "not water".

Can you do this?
