Explosion and Video Driver crash when Rotors go underwater

I was testing out my Vector Thrust vehicle, only to see a random unknown signal appear. As a further test, I went out to investigate, and discovered that the parachuting box landed underwater. I try and grab it, only to see that 1: my vehicle disintegrated upon touching water. And 2: my video driver crashed for a moment.
