I have found a very simple bug if you resize the game window on the x axis towards left the pre emptive strike button moves with the window but doesnt move back when resizing back so the button is in the middle of the screen i have tried reinstalling the mod it doesnt help

found a temporary fix go into
localrow\ludeon studios\rimworld\config
and change the pre emptive strike configs (it has PES at the end) and change TinyUIRectSaved to false
