To solve that you search the mods that use scripts (unload them one by one to see which mods are making exceed the limit) and choose what you want to keep.
Seeing your mod liste, you already can try to unload VPPAdminTools as you already have the Community Online Tools required by Expansion mod.
I will give that a try unloading the mods one by one.
We use VPPAdmin Tools as it is good for managing the server with players, its tool are good for teleporting and setting player vars. Do you think this is preventing use of your mod? I will remove that first and give it a try. Thanks for you help.

'DEFAULT' error is another type of error that admins have sometime and that have the same source (engine limits reached)
Just a precision it is not a conflict with VPP, it is just that VPP (and my mod) is one of the mods that make the limit reached.
