Can't download mod manager
I tried the link and went to one drive, but every time I attempt to download it, it begins to measure the size of the zip file before eventually saying network and stops downloading it. Is there another way of downloading the manager?

Just saw your comment. Sorry for that, but I don't get an automatic info about the sub-discussions, other than about normal comments.

Have you been able to get it in the meantime?
Of course this only matters for 3.9.

With 4.0 the file structure was changed and the mod manager isn't adjusted yet - and many of it's features aren't that important anymore since AoE has an ingame mod manager now.

Just in case - a first new version of mod manager is up.
It doesn't require any external download anymore.
Additional functionalities will be added in the coming weeks.

how do you boot this up after subscribing, i cant seem to find where it downloads this to

already found it, for anyone wondering, there is an icon on the homescreen of AOE2, dont use the workshop function in the initial boot window
