Animals? Some snakes, foxes, military dogs zombie dobermans, horses, even ducks! 
A lot of unique monsters that you can cut up. Watch out tho for Boomers or Kids at night, they can be scary!

We use Expansion as foundation for many things, but...
BaseBuildingPlus with RaG Base Items, Boomlay's Things (craft your furniture!) RaG Cabin as addition plus washers, dryers.
Territories got 50m sphere radius limit!
Groups up to 10 people!
