Water in bottles you find in the world have a 50% chance of giving cholera. Hand pumps in towns will never give cholera.

I assumed this buildable well would be cholera free like a hand pump, because it would otherwise be less useful (have to build it, and take up space and resources) than a body of water which your base might be near.
