Does VRO remove highways?

Doesn't actually state it in mod description but I've read it a few times it might. Can anyone confirm? What would be handy is a full list of changes that the mod offers?

For the record, I really want rid of highways.

Vro doesn't remove highways, you'll need an additional mod for that particular change.
