Server all of the sudden will not start after yesterday's update

Doesn't seem like the city is working Properly, Tried forcing the city but it wont work and the UI wont go away as well as it has a double overlay as well. (Shift E Doesn't work.)
Am I gonna have to restart the server to fix it? or is this a planned fix?
Running a Non-dedicated server FYI

I can't get the forestry, farm, and mine to build or produce anything. Also, the NPCs are in the lake swimming in circles.

@123 try manual build with the hud UI open it should say what you need to do in the upper left hand corner as for the NPCs they are currently dumb and have no real AI logic yet they just do their own thing as of now. they will be updated further in a couple updates.

My npc's all go for a dip in the sea and bug out they swim in a circle on the spot

@Penguin_man91 Yeah there’s currently no logic on them as getting them to appear and not break the save was hard on its own. I will eventually bring out an update to give them some brains. The reason behind removing built in dino AI is because I don’t want dinos in the future you will be able to talk, trade and work with AIs using custom scripts and UI. Its planned not implemented thanks for the report though 😊

Oh yeah forgot to put that I fixed this. (Don't try serialize Dinos)

UI is broken. Can't display anything, or exit the UI.

For some reason, none of my buildings upgrade from empty plots. I have the mod near the top of the load order too. I tried demolishing, resetting, rebuilding, ext. the whole city! ...nothing worked.

I'm having the exact same issue, all my plots (house, food plot, storage etc) are all empty. I try the Upgrade Building many times in a row and nothing happens. Also, the snapping makes no sense. Is there something i'm not seeing?

I haven't looked at this mod in over a yeah and a half, most of the files were made open source for someone to take over, I'm guessing it doesn't work anymore with recent updates. Unfortunately I've since moved on to other projects and games that I currently work on, Although I might have the files around somewhere, I will see what's up with the mod when I get some free time.
