Arbitrary amounts of health, gold, etc. through midas-banana farming with Wiz...
So... a certain mod combination makes arbitrary HP possible, in a very convoluted way.
I've just gotten 600HP and stopped after a 3 hours of shuffling around cards.

So Dead Branch makes it possible to get new Wizzes. Midas Touch can also effectively make them (you get one wiz every ~15 cards you Touch). Echo form from Ainz can then be used to double-up the effect of Midas touch; you can hit 18-20 cards with each cast with ease. By keeping 1-2 Wizzes in stock and using the 3rd and 4th for bananas, and the 1st and 2nd for making midas to get more wizzes, you can keep making more and more bananas (an 'exhaust' card that gives 2hp).

Even if you dont have the banana mod: there's other exploits based on the same logic: you can use the 'gold' character power "Hitei" to get 10 gold per cast. As your deck quickly balloons into the thousands of cards, and their ' exhaust' effect doesn't hurt you due to Dead Branch, you can create an arbitrary number of Hitei, to get infinite gold as well.

The real question is, did you really spend 3 hours farming hp? On a non-endless run?

Well, a majority of that time figuring out the optimal way to do it. But yep. I stopped when the game started slowing down and I was fearing a crash due to running out of system resources. (E.g. the decfk view running into a memory limit or some such).

Interesting, I have changed the way Hitei stacks, now it increases the cap by a larger number initially (30) but it becomes less effective quickly with other stacks, the hard cap is at 250 gold, which should still a good amount per fight if you're really committed

By the way, this synergy is so complicated, that it's really a corner case; there's many parts to it so the probability of getting it during a run should be very small. It might be due to the particular selection of mods I had that it was even at all possible. Still, limiting Hitei to 250 should prevent any of my shenanigans further. The problem with bananas is honestly on that mod's author: even the regular Ironclad can exploit it with some patience.

Also, this is mostly for fun. I mean... if you've got a dead branch and a wiz/exhaust deck you can pretty much beat asc-20 heart with your eyes closed playing random cards because of the sheer power of that deck, even without abusing cards that give gold or hp after the fight. And honestly, that's fine too: regular corruption/branch is just as broken. There should be a rare broken run once in a while, that makes roguelikes fun!
